Welcome to Jofinds Realty (“Jofinds”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Jofinds Realty is a property services business based in Accra, Ghana. We offer rental listings, Airbnb co-hosting, and property management and maintenance services.

2. Using the site

• You must be 18 or older to book a viewing, submit a co-host request, or enter into any agreement through this site.
• You agree to provide accurate contact details when booking or messaging us, and not to impersonate anyone else.
• Automated scraping, bulk-downloading listings, or attempting to bypass access controls (including on /admin) is prohibited.

3. Listings and availability

Property information is provided in good faith and refreshed regularly, but Jofinds makes no guarantee that a listing is still available at the time you enquire, or that every detail is accurate down to the millimetre. Photographs are representative. Confirm any material detail with us before you commit.

4. Bookings and viewings

Requesting a viewing, Zoom consult, or Airbnb co-host arrangement is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm the time and details. No fee is charged for a viewing.

5. Services and fees

Any fee for property management, maintenance, Airbnb co-hosting, or brokerage is agreed separately in writing before work begins. Published rates (e.g. Airbnb co-host packages) are indicative and may be adjusted based on the property.

6. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services including Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), Cloudinary (media uploads), Google Analytics (traffic), EmailJS (transactional email), and WhatsApp (messaging hand-off). Your use of the site involves data being processed by these providers under their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Jofinds Realty name, logo, website design, and original written content are owned by Jofinds. Property photos may be owned by Jofinds, the homeowner, or a third-party photographer. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jofinds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
